The fantasista won’t remain in Turin this summer given that he doesn’t suit the 4-4-2 philosophy of new boss Luigi Del Neri.
The former Under-21 international has many admirers, notably Parma who are willing to offer £3.5m for a 50 per cent stake in his contract and Bari who wanted him on loan.
The latter have been publicly trying to lure the attacking midfielder over recent weeks, a tactic that seems to be working.
“Giovinco is impressed with the project which was presented to him by Bari boss Giampiero Ventura,” noted agent Andrea D’Amico.
“We will now meet with Juventus to evaluate the situation.
“For us there is no difference whether the player is sold in a co-ownership deal or loaned to another club.”
Although Parma and Bari have been switching pole positions for the 23-year-old, Genoa now appear to have made an enquiry.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Marassi outfit – who already part own Juve’s Raffaele Palladino – are keen on adding Giovinco to their ranks.
